• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and account balances may be forfeited.

• Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to interfere with, intrude upon, or damage the systems, servers, or infrastructure of the bet8 platform.

Bet8 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Providing false or inaccurate registration information
• Age verification failed — Member found to be under 18 years of age
• Detection of fraudulent activity or prohibited behaviour
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Request from law enforcement authorities

Members may also request account closure at any time through account settings or by contacting the bet8 customer support team. If an account is closed at the Member's request and there are no outstanding issues, any eligible remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms and Conditions, bet8 reserves the right to withhold fund balances until the investigation is complete. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be fully forfeited.

• Bet8 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or equipment failures on the Member's end.
• Bet8 is not liable for any indirect losses, incidental losses, or loss of profit associated with the use of our platform.
• In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of bet8 to any Member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
